Rivernook Campground

A large, 60 acre privately owned campground along a beautiful stretch of the Kern River with creeks running through the park. They offer full hookup RV sites, partial RV sites and dry tent camping sites. All this within walking distance to town.

Frandy Park Campground

Nestled along the banks of the Kern River, Frandy is a complete campground welcoming families and groups alike. Riverside camping with easy walk to town.

Headquarters Campground

This is a USFS campground located 4 miles north of Kernville via Mountain Hwy 99 along the North Fork of the Kern River. Paved access roads. 44 individual family units including 1 accessible family unit. Trailers up to 27 feet; toilets, and water available. Important: not all sites are suitable for trailers; please verify with  Kern River Vacation Trailers before making reservations.

Kern River Vacation Trailers is under special use permit from the Sequoia National Forest and operates on a non-discriminatory basis.

Camp 9

A year-round facility on the shores of Lake Isabella south of Kernville. Camp 9 offers over 100 campsites, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sites are on the lakeshore,  others are set further back but have lake views. Shade is limited.

Kern River Vacation Trailers is under special use permit from the Sequoia National Forest and operates on a non-discriminatory basis.
